10% of the scheduled monthly rent (adjustable dependent on the number of units). This fee begins the month in which the property is rented and continues monthly for the term of the agreement.
TENANT PLACEMENT FEE
$200.00 fee for placement of a tenant into a vacant property.
LATE FEE
A fee of fifty percent (50%) of any collected late charge paid by the tenant.
